On-site Engineer

About the role:

We are currently looking for On-site Engineer who will resolves technical issues, ensures smooth operations, and provides hands-on support at a specific physical location, such as a project site or facility.

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ITIL Incident, Change and Service Request Management.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops in technology environment
• Conduct on floor support on resolving the reported issues.
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Report customer feedback and potential product requests
• Proven work experience as a Support Engineer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Google Chrome OS
• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Knowledge on defined SLA’s (Service Level Agreement)
• Asset Management
