IT Support Engineer

About the role:

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Support users through diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Issuing equipment and accessories for users
• Installing and configuring computers, printers, VoIP phones and networking devices,
• Management of alarm and access control systems, including the preparation of access cards,
• Maintaining mobile asset tracking database, including their issuing and receiving
• Keeping records of hardware and software
• Preparation of documentation
• performing other tasks ordered by the Company, in line with the employee's qualifications.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with computer hardware and commonly used software,
• Network equipment, protocols and diagnostic tools
• Knowledge about Windows Server administration in domain environment
• Linux system administration skills
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office
• Working spoken and written English
• Problem-solving attitude
