About the role:

Proposing, designing and implementing solutions according to project requirements
Conducting technical conversations with the client (collecting requirements, description of the realization of the proposed solution)
Leading a team (2 people): organization of work, accounting for the implementation of tasks
Cooperation with intra-company development teams in product creation

Requirements:

Higher technical education
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Min. 2 years of experience in Python / Java / C# / C++
Min.5 years of experience in system design
Experience in building AI solutions
Experience in leading a team
Advanced English and Polish, both written and spoken
Very good communication skills and the ability to work independently, skills of data analysis and implementation of solutions

Technical skills:

Knowledge of basic machine / deep learning algorithms and techniques as well as deep learning models (with an indication of image processing)
Understanding statistical issues for data analysis
Knowledge of BigData solutions in terms of data processing and analysis
Knowledge and experience in using sci-kit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch or similar libraries
Experience in developing software in the field of image processing (for example OpenCV), sound or natural language
Ability to create your machine learning models and select the appropriate features/parameters for them
Basic knowledge of multilayer neural networks, including convolution (CNN) and recursive (RNN, LSTM, etc.) networks
Knowledge of GIT
Basic knowledge of Linux / Unix environments
Tracking trends, new techniques, and solutions in the field of artificial intelligence/machine learning
