What you will do
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and features to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product
Requirements
- You’re an expert in Facebook Ads, having directly managed large budget campaigns with results to show.
- Must have strong eCommerce experience, with a thorough understanding of the eCommerce platform.
- You know exactly what to do to improve results in an account.
- Knowing that CRO is just as important as your campaigns, you are well-versed in post-click conversion and what it takes to convert traffic at a high rate.
- You’re a conceptual thinker, someone able to create a range of ideas and strategies for campaigns along with having total confidence in your execution and communication with clients.
- Highly analytical; comfortable with data and numbers.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Always paying attention to details, small things don’t slip by.
- Fluent English and Polish speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to create engagement around Cobiro as an employer
- Ability to flourish in a high-paced environment with minimal guidance and high uncertainty
- Always willing to advocate for your ideas.
- Self-driven to succeed and comfortable executing
