What you will do 

  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and features to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product


Requirements 

  • You’re an expert in Facebook Ads, having directly managed large budget campaigns with results to show.
  • Must have strong eCommerce experience, with a thorough understanding of the eCommerce platform. 
  • You know exactly what to do to improve results in an account.
  • Knowing that CRO is just as important as your campaigns, you are well-versed in post-click conversion and what it takes to convert traffic at a high rate.
  • You’re a conceptual thinker, someone able to create a range of ideas and strategies for campaigns along with having total confidence in your execution and communication with clients.
  • Highly analytical; comfortable with data and numbers.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Always paying attention to details, small things don’t slip by.
  • Fluent English and Polish speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to create engagement around Cobiro as an employer
  • Ability to flourish in a high-paced environment with minimal guidance and high uncertainty
  • Always willing to advocate for your ideas.
  • Self-driven to succeed and comfortable executing
