Project Overview

On behalf of our client—a major player in the TSL industry—we are currently looking for a Senior Delivery Lead / Product Lead. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technical capabilities, focusing on the end-to-end delivery of advanced AI solutions. Your primary objective will be to ensure these innovative solutions are effectively implemented, aligned with our client's corporate objectives, and drive measurable value. This project is planned to run until December 31, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Demand Shaping: Identify, assess, and shape demand for AI solutions across internal and external stakeholders.

• Requirements & Backlog: Translate business needs into technical scope, requirements, and actionable backlog items.

• Delivery Leadership: Lead the technical delivery process from initial discovery through to production release using agile methodologies.

• Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional client squads, including forward deploy engineers, data scientists, developers, QA, and platform teams.

• Governance & Standards: Ensure architecture, security, compliance, and operational standards are met, implementing AI controls like monitoring and human oversight.

• Value Tracking: Manage dependencies, track delivery progress, support go-live phases, and follow up on post-launch value realization.

Key Requirements (Must-Have)

• TSL Industry Experience: Proven, hands-on experience working within the Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain sector. This is a strict requirement for the role.

• Languages: Fluent English (C1 level) for professional and technical communication, combined with Polish at a communicative level.

• Seniority: 10+ years of proven experience in agile product management or software delivery leadership.

• AI/ML Domain Knowledge: Practical, working knowledge of AI / ML / LLM / RAG solutions.

• Technical Foundation: Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, as well as AI governance, data privacy, and security principles.

• Agile Expertise: Exceptional skills in backlog management, sprint readiness, delivery flow, and proficiency with Jira / Confluence.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with complex enterprise-level systems and large-scale digital platforms.

• Deep background in automation, advanced analytics, or data-driven enterprise solutions.

• Proven track record of managing complex dependencies and risks in large corporate environments.
