Systems Technical Integration Analyst (Rating/Pricing Engines)

Project: Rating Engine Replacement – Quote Hub

Project Overview:
We are looking for a Systems Technical Integration Analyst to support a strategic transformation project focused on replacing the current rating engine and building a Quote Hub. The Quote Hub will take over the core business logic, while the existing solution will remain responsible only for ratings and rules.

Project Status:
The team is currently finalizing Phase 1 (Actuarial System) and moving into Phase 2, which involves complex integration and mapping between the Earnix engine and the Merlin/Acturis system using a canonical data model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the current Systems Analyst in defining requirements and integration scenarios

• Perform and document complex mappings between systems (Earnix → Merlin/Acturis)

• Analyze and clarify Rating / Pricing / Calculation Engine logic

• Identify and document scenarios beyond the standard “happy path” cases

• Work closely with actuarial, technical, and business teams to ensure accurate integration and data flow

• Contribute to improving documentation and integration processes

Challenges in the Project:

• Phase 2 involves heavy-duty mapping and integration work, expected to take several months

• Previous stages lacked documentation for non-standard scenarios, which will need to be analyzed and defined

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Systems Analyst / Technical Integration Analyst

• Solid understanding of Rating, Pricing, or Calculation Engines

• Experience with system integrations and complex data mapping

• Ability to analyze business logic and technical dependencies

• Experience working with canonical data models is a plus

• Strong documentation and analytical skills
