Senior/Lead UX Researcher
Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives to shape and improve the digital experience across a variety of products and services. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to partner with Designers, Product Managers, and Data Analysts to transform raw user behavior into a strategic roadmap. You will be responsible for the entire research lifecycle—from selecting the methodology to presenting persuasive, actionable insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Research Leadership: Plan and execute end-to-end primary research using qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral analytics).
Synthesis & Strategy: Analyze findings to produce clear, actionable recommendations that influence product decision-making.
Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with UX, Product, and Data teams to identify research needs and align the research backlog with business goals.
Communication: Create compelling reports and presentations to advocate for user needs at all levels of the organization.
Governance: Maintain and evolve research standards, templates, and best practices.
Requirements
Experience: 4+ years of experience running studies from initial concept through to analysis.
Tooling: Familiarity with digital analytics and behavior-tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Glassbox).
Portfolio: A collection of case studies demonstrating how your research directly improved digital products.
Soft Skills: Strong project management and the ability to present complex insights persuasively.
Nice to Have
Education: Degree in a human-behavior related field (HCI, Psychology, Sociology, etc.).
Domain: Experience with consumer products and consumer insights.
Methodology: Familiarity with Scrum/Agile environments.
