Mid NestJS Developer

Join a long-term project for a Florida-based client as a key backend specialist.

The team primarily handles the Flutter-based frontend, but needs a reliable and autonomous NestJS Developer to take full ownership of the backend architecture.

This is an internal tool project where your technical advice and decision-making will directly shape the final product.

• Location: Florida, USA (Remote work).

• Rate: 140–150 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B).

• Model: Full-time.

• Duration: Long-term commitment.

Responsibilities

• Backend Ownership: Independent development and maintenance of the backend layer using NestJS.

• Technical Advisory: Acting as a consultant for the client, recommending best architectural practices and solutions.

• Collaboration: Working closely with our Flutter frontend team to ensure seamless integration.

• System Stability: Ensuring the internal tool is secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.

Requirements

• Tech Stack: Solid commercial experience with NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Independence: Proven ability to work autonomously on backend systems without constant supervision.

• Consultative Mindset: Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to justify technical choices to the client.

• Communication: Very good English skills (necessary for direct client interaction in the US).

• Seniority: Mid or Mid+ level, showing maturity in software design patterns.
