Senior Scrum Master

Join a major player in the EV Charging (CPO) and Mobility Services (MSP) sector. In this role, you will go beyond basic team facilitation; you will be a key driver of "planning maturity" within a vast digital ecosystem. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where multiple teams deliver in parallel, requiring a master-level understanding of dependency management, roadmap alignment, and Business–IT collaboration to ensure predictable delivery of customer-facing and enterprise solutions.

Details

• Start Date: May 18, 2026.

• Duration: 3 months (initial) with potential extension to November 2026.

• Location: Remote (Onshore Dutch / Nearshore CET time zone).

• Rate: up to 200zł/h

• Interview: 1h technical interview with the client after internal screening.

Responsibilities

• Scaled Facilitation: Leading and supporting teams within a scaled delivery model (comparable to SAFe or Agile Release Trains).

• Maturity Building: Moving teams and business stakeholders from "theory" to "practical application" in a scale-up environment.

• Integrated Planning: Playing a hands-on role in Program Increment (PI) or increment-level planning and Roadmap development.

• Dependency Management: Ensuring capacity alignment and resolving complex dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams.

• Leadership Coaching: Challenging senior leaders constructively on planning assumptions and behaviors.

• Content Creation: Developing lightweight playbooks and guidance materials tailored to the specific scaling context of the client.

• Scalability: Extensive track record working with multiple Agile teams in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.

• Pragmatism: An outcome-focused mindset—prioritizing flow and predictability over rigid framework prescriptions.

• Business Acumen: Ability to translate technical planning concepts into actionable guidance for non-IT audiences.

• Seniority: Confidence in engaging with and influencing senior leadership through credibility and trust.

• Context: Experience in high-growth, multi-platform environments (EV/Energy/Mobility background is a major plus).
