Senior React Native Developer

The objective is to build and scale a React Native mobile application that serves as a high-performance companion to an existing web customer portal. You will own the core mobile experience, architecting scalable solutions for navigation, state management, and networking while ensuring seamless integration with existing backend APIs. This role is ideal for a developer who can deliver end-to-end features and establish mobile best practices within a collaborative team environment.

• Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates based in Wrocław (for quarterly on-site client meetings).

• Primary Project Language: Polish.

• Target Platforms: iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Building mobile features that maintain parity and cohesion with the web customer portal.

• Architecture: Designing scalable code structures, focusing on efficient navigation, state management, and robust networking.

• Performance & Reliability: Ensuring high stability, fast UI responsiveness, and implementing offline-tolerant UX where necessary.

• Technical Leadership: Establishing mobile development standards, mentoring other engineers, and improving release cadence.

• Collaboration: Working closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure a unified user experience.

Requirements

• General Seniority: 5–8+ years in Frontend or Mobile development.

• React Native Mastery: 3+ years of experience shipping and maintaining production React Native apps (iOS + Android).

• Core Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Native Modules: Experience with native module integration and deep-level debugging.

• Optimization: Solid knowledge of mobile performance profiling and building accessible, responsive UIs.

• Testing & DevOps: Comfort with unit/integration/e2e testing (Jest, RTL) and CI/CD workflows.

• Navigation: React Navigation.

• Data & State: React Query / SWR or Redux / Context.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with both Expo and bare React Native workflows.

• Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and mobile analytics.

• Prior experience with B2B, customer self-service, or account management applications.
