Senior Product / Data Analyst

The Opportunity

This role sits at the core of an AI-powered adult entertainment platform built for scale, retention, and monetization. We are looking for a senior-level analyst who doesn’t stop at dashboards, but drives real product decisions and business outcomes.

You will own the full analytics loop — from raw event data and SQL queries, through insight generation, to influencing product changes and verifying their impact.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position in a fast-moving startup environment operating within the adult industry.

What You’ll Own

• The product analytics foundation: metrics, definitions, and dashboards used by leadership

• Behavioral analysis across the user lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, churn, and spend

• Identification of friction points that impact retention and monetization

• Measurement of experiments, feature launches, and product iterations

• Weekly insight delivery to executive stakeholders, including clear recommendations and trade-offs

Your First Months

Month 1

• Establish KPI alignment and validate core data sources

• Ship initial dashboards used by product and leadership

Month 2

• Deliver deep analysis on churn, drop-offs, and payment behavior

• Translate findings into concrete product and growth actions

Month 3

• Support experiments and product changes with clear impact measurement

• Help close the loop between data, execution, and results

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in product analytics or data analytics roles

• Strong SQL and experience with event-based, product-level data

• Ability to move from insight to action — influencing what actually gets built

• Comfort working in an execution-heavy startup with minimal bureaucracy

• Ownership mindset and strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
