Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter / GCP / AI)

We are looking for an autonomous Senior Developer to take end-to-end ownership of the mobile ecosystem for a US-based client—spanning from initial concept and UX/UI design to deployment and long-term maintenance. This is not a role for a simple "task executor." We need a product-minded engineer who actively proposes solutions, optimizes architecture, and ensures technology effectively serves the product’s business goals.

• Duration: ~12 months (with a high likelihood of extension).

• Client: USA (requires C1 English and comfort working in a distributed, international team).

• Seniority: Senior (requires full end-to-end autonomy).

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle Mobile Development: Build and scale mobile applications using Flutter and FlutterFlow.

• Product Engineering: Actively participate in UX/UI design and the definition of new product features.

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Manage the application’s backend infrastructure on GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Okta).

• AI Innovation: Implement and experiment with Google AI services to enhance the product's capabilities.

• Quality & Optimization: Lead testing, debugging, and continuous performance optimization for production readiness.

Requirements

• Mobile Mastery: Expert knowledge of Flutter and hands-on experience with FlutterFlow.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience with GCP services.

• Identity & Security: Practical experience with Identity Providers (specifically Okta).

• Language: Business-fluent English (C1) for direct, daily collaboration with the US team.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Google AI tools (e.g., Vertex AI, Gemini API) and a strong eye for mobile UX design.
