Rate: 120–160 PLN/hour net + VAT (depending on seniority and experience)

About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Golang Developer to join a team working on a multi-tenant institutional crypto brokerage platform.

The platform handles complex business processes including:

• Order Management

• Liquidity Routing

• Custody Integrations

• Crypto and Fiat Transactions

• Automated Compliance and Risk Checks

The successful candidate will provide crucial Golang expertise, support ongoing development efforts, and help ensure a smooth transition of platform ownership to the internal engineering team.

A key responsibility will be supporting legacy development initiatives, including the completion of a critical KYC Risk Scoring feature under demanding delivery timelines.

Technical Requirements

Must Have

• Strong commercial experience with Go (Golang) 1.25.0

• Hands-on experience with:

  • gRPC

  • Twirp RPC

  • WebSockets

  • REST APIs (go-chi)

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Apache Kafka

  • Redis

  • PostgreSQL (sqlx)

  • OpenSearch

• Experience working with cloud platforms:

  • AWS (S3, SQS, SNS, Timestream)

  • GCP

• Kubernetes ecosystem:

  • Kubernetes

  • Argo CD

  • Helm

• Monitoring and observability:

  • Datadog

  • Prometheus

• Logging:

  • Zap Logger

Nice to Have

• Experience in Crypto, Digital Assets, or FinTech projects

• Knowledge of KYC, AML, or Compliance-related processes

• Experience building highly scalable and distributed backend systems

Language Requirements

• English: minimum B2+ level (required)

• Polish: fluent (required)

Additional Information

• The contractor will be provided with a dedicated company laptop.

• The device includes remote management software and an active Activity Tracker.

• An NDA will be signed directly with the end client.
