We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who doesn't wait for a Jira ticket to fix a laggy UI. We need a builder who takes full ownership of a high-scale iGaming / White-Label platform and scales it to hundreds of thousands of users.

The Mission: Full Mobile Ownership

In the iGaming industry, a 100ms lag or a broken payment flow isn't just a bug—it’s lost revenue in real-time. You will own the mobile architecture end-to-end. This isn't a "maintenance" gig; it's a lead-level challenge where you define the standards.

What You Will Do (The Hustle)

• Architect for Scale: Own the full mobile stack - from initial design to long-term stability across multiple white-label brands.

• End-to-End Delivery: Build features from state management and API integration to CI/CD and App Store deployment.

• Decide & Execute: We trust experts. You won't need a committee to sign off on architectural choices - you bring the rationale, you make the call.

• Full-Stack Mindset: Jump into Node.js when needed. If a backend endpoint is blocking you, you fix it yourself. You are an engineer, not just a "client-side" dev.

• Raise the Bar: Lead code reviews, profile performance weekly (not just during emergencies), and mentor the "Maintenance & Ops" units within co.brick.

Technical Requirements (The "Senior" Bar)

We expect 8+ years of total mobile experience, with at least 6 years of production-grade Flutter. You know exactly where the framework breaks under heavy load.

• State & Logic: Deep mastery of Riverpod, BLoC, or Cubit. You know the trade-offs.

• The Ecosystem: Expertise in go_router (guarded routes), Dio + Retrofit (complex interceptors), and Isar/Hive for offline-first logic.

• Data & Security: Proper handling of sensitive data via flutter_secure_storage and mastery of freezed for immutability.

• Infrastructure: Production usage of the full Firebase suite and building robust CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions).

• Platform Mastery: You don't need hand-holding with provisioning profiles on iOS or ProGuard on Android. You write Platform Channels (Swift/Kotlin) when plugins fail.

• AI-Powered: It’s 2026. We expect you to use LLMs and AI tools to 10x your output and automate repetitive code reviews.
