Senior AI Developer

 We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to take full ownership of end-to-end technical implementations for machine learning and GenAI workloads. This isn't just a research role; you will be building operational AI systems that solve high-stakes business problems for enterprise-scale clients. You will act as an individual contributor with the autonomy to make key technical decisions, with a clear path toward technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Design and build data pipelines and workflows powering production-grade ML and GenAI applications.

• Agentic AI: Create and orchestrate AI agents designed to solve specific, complex business challenges.

• Technical Ownership: Lead platform implementations from initial scoping and data exploration to final production deployment.

• Client Advisory: Facilitate technical workshops, define requirements with stakeholders, and translate business needs into scalable AI architecture.

• Advanced Modeling: Design complex ontologies and integrations involving 10+ disparate data sources.

• Rapid Prototyping: Move quickly from POC to production while maintaining high engineering standards.

Requirements

• Total Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience in delivering production-level software solutions.

• AI/ML Focus: 1–5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise-grade AI/ML platforms.

• Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Python (including PyTorch, NumPy, Polars) and SQL.

• GenAI Ecosystem: Proven experience working with LLMs and the broader GenAI landscape.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead implementations from analysis through to production.

• Communication: Exceptional English skills; ability to "challenge" requirements and advise technical teams on the client side.

Nice to Have:

• Domain expertise in the Insurance sector (or Finance/Healthcare).

• Advanced experience with complex ontologies and cross-functional program coordination.
