Power BI Developer

The objective is to support the development and maintenance of several advanced Power BI reports within a mature project initiative. This role is a hybrid of technical engineering and business consulting; you will be responsible for both the technical development and working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions. A key component of this project involves working with a centralized semantic model designed to serve as a single source of truth for multiple reports.

Capacity: Full-time (FTE).

Rate: 120-140 PLN/h.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Designing, building, and maintaining Power BI reports.

• Business Analysis: Participating in workshops and meetings with business users to gather and refine requirements.

• Semantic Modeling: Contributing to and maintaining a centralized semantic model for cross-report consistency.

• Data Translation: Translating complex business needs into efficient technical architectures.
