Mid/Senior Python Engineer (with AI)

We are looking for a Senior/Mid Python Developer to act as a force multiplier for the current engineering squad. You will be joining an existing team of three highly skilled engineers to accelerate the delivery of an AI-driven backend. While the focus is heavily on the backend and cloud infrastructure, a "full-stack mindset" is highly valued to help push features across the finish line.

Requirements

• Backend Acceleration: Take ownership of backend tasks to clear the project backlog and implement complex logic in Python.

• AI & LLM Integration: Build and optimize features leveraging Large Language Models and modern AI frameworks.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and deploy services within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.

• Hybrid Support: While primarily backend-focused, you’ll provide sporadic support for the React frontend to ensure end-to-end feature delivery.

Requirements

• Language: Python (Expert/Senior level).

• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• AI Domain: Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI-driven application architecture.

• Agile Workflow: Ability to integrate quickly into a small, fast-moving team.

Nice-to-Have

• Frontend: Experience with React (Full-stack background).

• Timezone Management: Experience working with US-based stakeholders.
