About the Role
We are seeking a high-velocity Creative Director to lead our ad production, copywriting, and direct-response marketing strategy. This is an execution-heavy, deeply hands-on role—not a passive managerial or "ideas-only" position. You will immediately step in to write high-converting copy, guide asset creation, and run our creative engine to scale acquisition revenue without needing extensive onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Production: Own the end-to-end creative funnel, from initial hook concepts to final high-performing assets for Meta, Google, and other paid acquisition channels.
Direct Response Copywriting: Write and refine compelling, high-conversion copy across all paid advertising platforms.
Workflow Management: Manage the creative pipeline by briefing and directing video editors and graphic designers.
Market Intelligence: Continuously spy on competitors and monitor market trends to keep our marketing angles ahead of the curve.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze daily performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates) alongside media buyers to rapidly A/B test and iterate on winning creatives.
Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:
Proven Scale: Track record of scaling consumer brands to multi-7-figure monthly spends through direct-response creative strategies.
Hands-on Operator: Equal parts data-driven strategist and practitioner—you can write copy and direct visuals yourself.
Data Fluency: You speak the language of growth marketing (ROAS, CAC, CTR) and use data, not just aesthetics, to guide creative decisions.
Speed & Autonomy: You move fast, ship assets quickly, and solve problems independently under high-expectation environments.
Language: C1+ English capability for flawless, high-converting copywriting.
Strong Plus:
Prior experience with high-growth DTC brands, premium consumer electronics, or hardware.
Experience acting as the creative lead in an agile, venture-backed startup environment.
