Job description
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Responsible for designing, developing and implementing applications that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
- Communicate with product managers, implementation specialists, clients and other developers to determine business, functional requirement
- Take ownership throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
- Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)
- Define, communicate, and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code
- Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating and project planning)
- Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts
- Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
- Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- 2 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Very good knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its declarative capabilities as well as out-of-the-box functionalities
- The ability to work independently
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce metadata and source code driven development as well as the usage of the tools (code repository systems, deployment automation, project tracking)
- Familiarity with design patterns, good object-oriented programming practices and Clean Code rules
- Familiarity with good unit and integration testing practices
- Willingness to learn Architecture style/design for enterprise applications
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Communicative German or Swedish
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
