The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee development projects, mentor team members, and drive technological decisions to deliver high-quality software solutions. Working with us you will become part of an international team developing digital products for the maritime industry.
Responsibilities
- Playing an active role in development and being hands-on alongside other engineers in your team.
- Setting and shaping what good practice is across the tech stack, leading technical discussions and decisions, and employing the right tooling and services to do the job.
- Leading your team to develop, test and release new functions and features.
- Effective collaboration across a cross-functional team, interacting with Product, Architecture, DevOps functions of the business
- Work in an international team - the team consists of people of different nationalities, so all communication is based on English.
- Working in the Scrum framework.
Core Skills:
- Great understanding of English, both spoken and written. (B2+)
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency with the .NET framework, ecosystem and tooling.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency working with Azure services and cloud architecture patterns. Bonus for candidates with on-premises experience.
- Strong knowledge of system design and DevOps concepts like CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as a code, automated testing strategy.
- Good knowledge of databases, both SQL and NoSQL, alongside experience with database design and query optimization.
- Familiarity with security aspects and frontend technologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Skilled in translating business needs into technical specifications and project roadmaps.
- Able to organize own and other’s work without excessive supervision and adjust priorities as needed
- Being proactive and taking end-to-end ownership of initiatives

- Salary: DOE 27 000 – 32 000 PLN/month (B2B) or UoP
