Role Summary
We are looking for a strong QA professional to help ensure quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle. You will work across a portfolio of core internal applications that underpin daily operations within the business. These systems are used daily by brokers and play a critical role in compliance, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for establishing and executing test plans, undertaking manual testing, and developing automated tests that support continuous delivery. The role involves collaborating closely with engineers, product stakeholders, and business users to shape acceptance criteria, identify edge cases early, and drive high-quality delivery.
Drive quality across all disciplines, providing guidance, feedback and suggestions to improve quality practices and testing strategy across the team.
Act as the quality owner for features and support fixes - from discovery to production release.
Plan any testing and make sure any requirements are sorted out up front (environments, users, test data, etc.)
Identify and implement test cases and continuously improve or introduce testing frameworks.
Build and scale test automation-identify high-value flows in apps and build automation for them.
Collaborate across Product, Dev and Support-work closely with the Product Manager to ensure stories are testable and have clear acceptance criteria.
Support developers in understanding edge cases, data issues, and historical behaviors of legacy apps.

Core Skills:
Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases, and test management
Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Gherkin, Postman)
Practical experience with test preparation, execution, defect reporting, and maintenance of test documentation
In-depth knowledge and understanding of quality best practices, techniques, and methodologies to drive continuous quality improvements
Hands-on manual testing of complex workflows across web UI, APIs, SQL-driven logic and background jobs
Strategic approach to test prioritisation - what to automate vs. what to test manually
