CLARITY is looking for a dynamic and strategic Partner Account Manager to lead and grow our global partner ecosystem.
This high-impact role is central to our partner success strategy—focusing on recruiting new partners, strengthening existing relationships, and driving joint growth through meaningful collaboration.
As a key liaison between CLARITY and our partners, you will oversee the full partner lifecycle—from onboarding and enablement to joint go-to-market execution and performance optimization. You’ll be instrumental in expanding CLARITY’s market reach and delivering measurable results through partner engagement.

Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify and recruit high-potential partners aligned with CLARITY strategic goals.
- Manage inbound partner leads generated through marketing and convert them into active partnerships.
- Lead partner negotiations and oversee the full onboarding journey.
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners.
- Conduct regular account planning, QBRs, and strategic check-ins to uncover growth opportunities and address challenges.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and the go-to contact for partner support and escalations.
Driving Partner Success
- Support partners in meeting revenue and growth targets through enablement, training, and co-selling resources.
- Co-develop joint go-to-market campaigns to drive mutual demand generation.
- Track pipeline health and drive follow-ups to ensure shared success.
Strategic Partner Development
- Analyze partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Gain deep understanding of partner business models and integrate them into CLARITY’s value ecosystem.
- Foster innovation through cross-collaboration between partners and internal teams.
Partner Enablement & Events
- Organize and lead training sessions, enablement workshops, and strategic partner events.
- Represent CLARITY at industry conferences, partner summits, and external events.
- 3+ years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, or business development, ideally within SaaS, AI, or CX industries.
- Proven success in recruiting and scaling partnerships with measurable business impact.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
- Experience in pipeline management, structured account planning, and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of developing and executing co-branded go-to-market campaigns.
- Proficiency in organizing enablement programs and partner engagement initiatives.
- Understanding of enterprise technology, partner ecosystems, and the AI or software industry landscape.
- Business fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
