ChargeEuropa is a European-based EV charging network operator, combining charging infrastructure with digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager with a strong focus on hardware to oversee the end-to-end execution of EV charger deployment projects.
- Manage technical projects related to the design, build, and rollout of EV chargers and connected infrastructure

Ensure seamless hardware–software integration across platforms and remote systems
- Collaborate closely with engineers, suppliers, contractors, third-party partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Define and manage hardware specifications, procurement workflows, and quality control processes
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables - and pivot quickly when priorities shift
- Ensure full compliance with safety codes, industry standards, and regional regulations
- Deliver clear, timely updates on project status, risks, and milestones to all stakeholders
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences

Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and engineering teams to align on company objectives.

Solid experience in technical project management, ideally in hardware, infrastructure, or related fields

Excellent organizational and time management skills - you know how to keep complex projects moving

Proactive, hands-on mindset with sharp attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong grasp of electrical systems and technical workflows
- Working knowledge of software platforms or IoT systems is a strong plus
- Fluency in both English and Polish (spoken and written)
- Degree in engineering, technical sciences, or a closely related discipline
- Openness to travel across Poland and internationally as needed
