Software Delivery Manager

Position Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating the work of the software development team

2. Managing the scope of releases and the schedule

3. Managing the software delivery process

4. Setting task priorities with Area Owners

5. Reporting on the status and progress of development and bug fixing

6. Defining and measuring metrics with the team and colleagues to track progress, goals and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a supplier for an external client in leading software development projects or leading a development team

2. Good knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering practices

3. Strong sense of ownership

4. Customer focus and teamwork

5. Interpersonal communication

6. Working with a geographically dispersed team

7. Fluent Polish and English

8. Working from the office in Warsaw 3 days a week

Nice-to-have:

1. Practical experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), Git, ServiceNow/JIRA

2. Professional experience in a technical position (developer/quality controller)

3. Knowledge of energy market processes
