PMO Specialist

Position Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with project managers to support daily project tasks, monitor allocations and project costs

• Prepare project documentation (order management, work acceptance protocols, contract verification and oversight)

• Track and manage the status of open issues

• Collect and analyze project data

• Contribute to the development of project management support tools

• Handle B2B hiring processes and coordinate related corporate procedures

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in a project-based environment (preferably IT projects)

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Strong organizational skills

• Attention to detail

• Assertiveness

• Full-time availability

• English language proficiency
