As our Automation QA Engineer, you’ll be the driving force behind our QA strategy by leading the testing process to ensure our software meets the highest quality standards. You’ll design and execute comprehensive test plans and identify and report bugs to improve our products’ quality while playing a critical role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our SaaS solutions.

Leading and defining the QA strategy: Develop, implement, and enforce QA processes and best practices for testing. Evaluate and refine the existing testing approach, focusing on a comprehensive strategy for web application testing.

Managing multiple products: Oversee the testing process across multiple products, ensuring secure and fault-tolerant integrations.

Creating and maintaining test scenarios: Transform tasks and requirements into detailed, meaningful test cases and scenarios.

Implementing and maintaining automated tests: Leverage TypeScript and tools like Cypress or Playwright to establish and manage automated test suites.

Maximizing test coverage: Conduct thorough testing, analyze results, and identify software issues to enhance product quality.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product teams and software engineers to uphold and improve quality standards.

Professional experience: Over 3 years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer, with a strong foundation in QA methodologies, particularly in B2B SaaS environments.

Technical expertise: Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and Cypress or Playwright, extensive experience in test framework optimization, functional and regression test automation, and CI/CD integration.

Scenario writing skills: Skilled in designing, writing, and executing comprehensive test scenarios for large, complex systems.

Leadership & initiative: Proven ability to establish standards, enforce processes, and lead QA practices confidently in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Analytical skills: Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to identify potential issues and craft precise test cases.

Ability to manage multiple projects: Oversee the testing process for multiple projects and ensure all integrations are secure and fault-tolerant.

- Attractive base salary of 12,000 - 18,000 PLN net on a B2B contract (or gross equivalent for an employment contract), depending on your experience 💵.

- HR Screening: Focused on your experience, motivation, and general skills (45-60 minutes).
- Technical Task: You will be asked to write a couple of test scenarios so we can see your skills first-hand. No coding is required; only text-based test scenarios are needed. The whole task shouldn’t take you more than 2-3 hours.
- Technical Interview: a technical call with our Co-Founder and Lead Software Engineer (1-2 hours).
