Product UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced hands-on UX professional to join our team. You will have the opportunity to get involved in every area of the product design process from research to implementation and iteration.

CENSE provides vital services to anti-organized-crime task forces and the banking sector to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. Our mission is to help analysts and investigators to keep our society safe, keeping human-made horrors out while enabling everyday users to onboard their crypto assets safely into the financial system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX research strategy and operations
• Translate findings into actionable insights and user-centred designs
• Develop user profiles and map out needs and behaviours

Bring all of these …

• 5+ years of UX design experience
• Experience in planning and conducting UX research
• Proficiency in tools like Figma

… and AT LEAST ONE of these

• Passion for on-chain tech and DeFi tools
• Experience with financial compliance or regulatory processes
