We are hiring an experienced DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a global investment banking Kraków OR Wrocław.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly technical environment, where you'll be shaping the infrastructure and reliability of the platform from the ground up.

Role Overview:

• Hybrid working – 3 days in the office per week
• B2B contract, 6 months with rolling renewals
• Opportunity to work on a high-impact, Greenfield project in the investment banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to improve system performance, reliability, and automation.
• Implement best practices for observability (monitoring, logging, alerting).
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Deploy and manage cloud-based environments using Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps Engineering.
• Cloud experience in Azure OR AWS
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Configuration management tools, Ansible and/or Puppet.
• Experience with Monitoring tools in Prometheus and Grafana.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
