SRE/Azure DevOps Engineer  - Investment Banking | Hybrid | Krakow | B2B

We are hiring an experienced Azure DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a Greenfield investment banking project in Krakow. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly technical environment, where youll be working with AI Chatbots and Agents, shaping the infrastructure and reliability of the platform from the ground up.

Role Overview:

• Hybrid working – 3 days in Krakow office & 2 days remote
• B2B contract, 6months with rolling renewals
• Opportunity to work on a high-impact, Greenfield project in the investment banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to improve system performance, reliability, and automation.
• Implement observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) best practices.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Deploy and manage cloud-based environments using Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps.
• Strong focus on Azure
• Experience with Kubernetes, Azure, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Configuration management tools, ansible and/or Puppet.
• Experience with Monitoring tools in Prometheus and Grafana.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash or PowerShell for automation.
• Previous experience in banking, trading, or fintech desired
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on automation and scalability.
