Up to 2,000 PLN/day (B2B Contract)

A Tier 1 investment bank is assembling a high-performing team of Java Developers to build and evolve enterprise-grade platforms that support critical operations across risk, compliance, and infrastructure. These long-term B2B contracts offer the chance to work on scalable, distributed systems that underpin the bank’s global technology landscape.

You’ll be part of a Kraków-based engineering team focused on performance, reliability, and clean architecture—collaborating with top-tier developers and domain experts in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

Tech Stack & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Java

• Strong understanding of Spring Boot and microservices architecture

• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)

• Solid grasp of RESTful APIs and distributed systems

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Clean, maintainable coding practices and strong problem-solving skills

  
  

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Experience with performance tuning and JVM internals

• Background in financial services or regulated industries

Hybrid Flex:

• Choose which days you work in the office

• No requirement to stay for a full 8 hours - work mornings in-office, afternoons remotely (or vice versa)

• Late arrivals, early departures, and low-traffic commutes fully supported
