Senior AI Researcher (REMOTE from POLAND)

Working with a global financial data & analytics firm building a new AI Research group in Poland.

The team is hiring now in Poland, they’re tackling a major challenge: moving from keyword search to true semantic retrieval across 300M+ time series and millions of proprietary financial documents.

This role is all about algorithm design, experimenting with retrieval methods, and shaping how semantic intelligence works at scale.It’s not just LLMs — traditional NLP, entity linking, and quantitative time‑series analysis are key.

You’d work closely with quant researchers and data scientists to blend semantic signals with statistical patterns and financial domain structure.This is a rare chance to work with massive, clean datasets, influence product direction from a research perspective, and help build foundational AI systems for a new 2026 platform launch.
