QA Engineer/SDET (Finance Industry)

Warsaw: Hybrid, 2 days p/w in office (flexible)

We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join a major financial institution working across API-based systems and various other company-wide initiatives/projects. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape automation frameworks, ensure testing best practices, and work closely with middle-office and risk management platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute automated test suites for functional and performance testing.

• Contribute to building frameworks and enhancing existing automation.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure coverage across the trade lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of QA Engineering experience (across manual & automation).

• Experience within banking/fintech is a big plus (not essential)

• Strong Java skills with hands-on experience in:

  • Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, API Testing

  • SQL, Postgres databases

  • Desirable experience: Unix, Kafka, Kubernetes
