They are looking for a strong Python Engineer with AI knowledge/hands on experience based in Krakow, Poland.

This opportunity is unique, working on cutting-edge AI applications within the financial services industry, helping shape the future of intelligent banking. In this role, you’ll be one of the first engineers building their intelligent document processing system from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with business stakeholders and the AI Chapter Lead to transform how they handle client onboarding—an area with huge impact and visibility.

What they’re looking for:

• Strong Python coding skills

• Hands-on experience with agentic solutions (agents, chatbots, tools for agents)

• Familiarity with genAI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

• Experience with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel (or a strong interest in learning)

• Cloud experience, especially with Azure AI services

• CI/CD proficiency and production-level code experienceB

• onus: Knowledge of ML tools, Kubernetes, and AKS!
