Senior AI Product Manager – AI Platforms & Financial Services

We’re hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and adoption of advanced AI capabilities across a suite of front‑office and enterprise financial products. This role is all about shaping how AI is applied across the business, from intelligent knowledge systems to agentic AI coworkers and automated decision‑making workflows.

You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, product owners, and end‑users to define requirements, translate complex AI/ML capabilities into practical product outcomes, and ensure these solutions deliver measurable value across the organisation.

What You’ll Lead

• End‑to‑end product strategy for AI‑powered tools used across financial domains

• Defining product roadmaps for systems such as:

  • Smart RAG‑based knowledge platforms

  • Agentic AI coworkers for operational automation

  • AI‑driven workflow systems

  • Cross‑system AI orchestration

• Partnering with data science and engineering teams to ensure alignment between technical feasibility and business needs

• Running discovery with stakeholders to identify high‑value AI use cases

• Translating business problems into well‑defined AI product requirements

• Ensuring scalability, trust, governance, and compliance across AI solutions

• Setting standards for how teams interact with and adopt AI across the organisation

What You Bring

• 10+ years in product management, product strategy, or financial systems ownership

• 3+ years delivering or managing AI/ML‑powered products or workflows

• Strong experience in financial services, capital markets, or complex enterprise systems

• Ability to define product scope, business value, KPIs, and cross‑team alignment

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (RAG, agentic systems, LLM workflows, model lifecycle)

• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where AI capabilities are evolving

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially across technical and business groups
