Performance QA Automation Engineer (Finance)

We’re looking for an experienced Performance QA Automation Engineer to join a highly technical, multi-application environment spanning Poland, the UK, and wider regions. You’ll work across 20+ applications, ensuring top-tier performance and delivering robust automation at scale.

This role blends hands-on automation, performance engineering, and continuous optimisation—ideal for someone who enjoys complex systems and modern engineering practices.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Supporting and improving a large ecosystem of enterprise applications.

• Conducting performance testing as the final gating step before delivery.

• Collaborating closely with the UK-based performance QA team.

• Modifying and enhancing technical components to improve performance.

• Designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks.

• Updating automation scripts in preparation for future cloud migration.

• Operating within an Agile, multicultural engineering team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years’ experience in automation, with strong performance exposure.

• A technology-driven mindset with the ability to break down requirements quickly.

• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a multicultural team.

Essential Tech Skills:

• Java + C (performance-focused)

• Selenium / Cucumber (BDD frameworks)

• REST Assured (API automation)

• LoadRunner (performance testing)

• CI/CD pipeline experience

• Linux – performance tuning

• Exposure to cloud-based applications (advantage)

Testing Focus:

• Primarily performance testing

• Includes functional, regression, and API-based validation
