Lead Java Developer

We’re building a new pod in Krakow, consisting of a Tech lead, Senior Engineer and 5x mid-level engineers. You’ll shape microservice architecture, ship production‑ready code at pace, and elevate engineering culture through leadership and example.

What you’ll do

• Build and deliver high‑quality backend services in a modern microservice environment.

• Lead by example—pushing frequent, reliable releases and raising engineering standards.

• Work closely with business and engineering leadership to translate requirements into clean, scalable solutions.

• Drive architecture discussions, propose improvements, and solve complex delivery challenges.

• Collaborate across regions, unblock teams, highlight risks, and streamline processes.

What you’ll bring

• Deep experience designing, developing, and deploying backend systems.

• Strong background in microservices, CI/CD, API design, and PostgreSQL.

• Proven ability to lead teams delivering at high cadence.
