What You’ll Do

• Build, test, and deliver high-performance Java applications that power global finance.
• Dive into complex systems, untangle problems, and push production-grade code.
• Lead design and code reviews that influence architecture and drive best practices.
• Write robust, tested code (TDD/BDD all the way), and review others to raise the bar.
• Hunt down bugs, optimise databases, and squeeze performance where it counts.
• Cut through vague requirements with sharp questions and smart thinking.

Your Squad

You’ll be part of the Global Markets Financing stream within a major investment bank. Based in Poland (Krakow or Wroclaw), you’ll collaborate with agile teams across India and other global locations, building modern, scalable platforms used by internal and external clients.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Java — Spring, Hibernate, and the full Java stack.
• Messaging mastery (JMS, Apache Kafka).
• Git in your toolkit, SQL in your muscle memory.
