AI Prompt Engineer

Your Role

· Design and implement AI solutions leveraging LLMs, agent-based architectures, and Azure cloud services.

· Build prototypes and evolve them into production-ready applications using internal infrastructure.

· Collaborate across engineering, compliance, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

· Drive innovation while adhering to standards in highly regulated environments.

Your team 

You will be working as part of a collaborative team in Poland (Wroclaw) for a dedicated agile embedded team that supports a rapidly growing business, continuously improving its bespoke end-to-end solutions, interactively working with users to enable them in meeting the needs of their clientele. As a development team, we are just as passionate about producing optimal business solutions as we are in technology.

Your Experience and Skills

·       Strong foundation in AI theory; practical experience with LLMs and agent frameworks is a plus.

·       Proficiency in Azure cloud services (certifications welcome).

·       Solid scripting skills (Python preferred; Bash, PowerShell also valued).

·       Object-oriented programming experience (C# preferred; Java or similar acceptable).

·       Familiarity with solution design, prototyping, and productionisation workflows.

·       Ability to navigate complex, highly regulated organisations with attention to governance.

·       Soft skills: analytical thinking, adaptability, clear communication, and collaborative mindset.
