About the Role

Join a greenfield initiative at a leading investment bank, where you'll help build an AI Chapter within the ADP pod from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the architecture, team, and strategy for intelligent document processing and future innovations like Perpetual KYC. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to design and implement cutting-edge AI systems that automate document parsing and data extraction—laying the foundation for scalable, transformative solutions

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy microservices using Python (Flask, FastAPI)

• Develop agentic systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and Opal

• Implement NLP techniques and RAG pipelines

• Integrate AI models with external tools via Model Context Protocol (MCP)

• Leverage Azure and Semantic Kernel for scalable AI solutions

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand onboarding documentation needs

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Advanced Python (Flask, FastAPI, microservices)

• LangChain, LangGraph, Opal (agentic systems)

• NLP, RAG, MCP, Semantic Kernel

• Azure & Azure AI Services
