ServiceNow Test Engineer / ServiceNow Tester

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions

• Deriving test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria

• Performing tests within the ServiceNow platform

• Creating and maintaining test documentation and automating test processes (e.g. using the Automated Test Framework – ATF)

• Analyzing and tracking defects in close collaboration with developers and product owners

• Participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Creating test concepts, test plans, and migration concepts

• Ensuring compliance with technical and methodological standards (ISTQB, ITIL, SAFe, IT Security)

Your Profile

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow processes and experience with test automation (ATF)

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)

• Confident use of Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Miro

• High level of commitment, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality

• Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2)
