Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a client-facing consultant, delivering ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise IT strategies

  • Engage with clients to understand long-term enterprise objectives and how ServiceNow capabilities fit within their broader application ecosystem

  • Design and deliver scalable, repeatable ServiceNow solutions with a focus on performance, maintainability, and platform best practices

  • Create technical blueprints and solution architectures for ITSM and ITOM implementations, including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management

  • Lead workshops and working sessions to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional client teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to align solution delivery with strategic priorities

  • Ensure all ITSM and ITOM solutions meet customer needs by applying ServiceNow standards and industry best practices

  • Mentor and support junior consultants and client team members on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM/ITOM modeling and architecture

  • Identify opportunities for platform improvement and innovation, proactively recommending enhancements and process optimizations

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or Developer with a focus on both ITSM and ITOM

  • Deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration and integration capabilities

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions

  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management frameworks

  • Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Discovery, and CMDB

  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, ITOM, or related areas

  • Hands-on experience with Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, or Service Mapping

  • Experience with JavaScript and REST/SOAP integrations

  • Background working in Agile environments

 

Additional Information

  • Location: Remote – candidates based anywhere in Europe are welcome

  • Employment Type: Contract (full-time) – candidates must be open to contractor/freelance, time-and-materials (invoice-based) arrangements
