    YOUR TASKS

    • Design and implement UX strategies for our digital products.
    • Conduct user research, analyze collected data, and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Work closely with design, development, and product teams to implement effective UX solutions.
    • Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate new UX methodologies into our workflow.
    • Create and maintain UX documentation and design guidelines.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • At least 3 years of experience in UX design, user research, or interface design.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
    • Experience working in Agile methodologies and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
    • A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience leading end-to-end UX projects.
    • A portfolio showcasing completed projects and achieved results.
    • Knowledge of emerging UX trends and technologies.
