YOUR TASKS

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation for various products, including user manuals, online help systems, technical specifications, and training materials
• Collaborate with development, product, and support teams to ensure documentation is up-to-date and accurate
• Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of stakeholders
• Organize and structure information in a logical and easily navigable manner
• Ensure all documentation is accessible and easily searchable for users
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices for technical documentation

YOUR PROFILE

• Extensive experience in creating high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and how-to guides.
• Strong knowledge of technical writing principles and best practices.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner for a non-technical audience.
• Proficiency with documentation tools.
• Hands-on experience working with content management systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
• Practical knowledge of version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Research and analytical skills for gathering information from various stakeholders, such as developers and engineers.
• Excellent proofreading and editing abilities to ensure documentation is free of errors and inconsistencies.

Nice to have:

• Certification in technical writing will be plus
• Familiarity with scripting languages for developer-centric documentation.
• Experience with designing visuals or diagrams to complement technical content.
• Experience and knowledge on Cloud IaaS/PaaS technologies, operating systems and network architectures will be a plus
