YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SAP Administrator with French language skills to manage, support, and maintain our SAP infrastructure. As an SAP Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our SAP systems and related environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP administration, troubleshooting, and automation. 

YOUR TASKS

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP environments (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA). 
• Manage SAP databases, including administration, monitoring, and performance optimization. 
• Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and reliability. 
• Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to maintain system security. 
• Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data restoration. 
• Automate routine administrative tasks using ABAP scripts and other tools. 
• Manage and maintain virtualized environments for SAP. 
• Ensure system security through access controls, permissions, and antivirus management. 
• Implement and manage SAP-related network services. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP server, hardware, and network-related issues. 
• Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to support SAP application deployment and maintenance. 
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. 
• Communicate with French-speaking clients and partners for SAP support. 

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience in SAP system administration. 
• Strong experience with SAP Basis, database administration, and SAP server infrastructure. 
• Proficiency in SAP system (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) installation, configuration, and management. 
• Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, including user management, transport management, and system monitoring. 
• Experience with SAP server virtualization (e.g. Hyper-V). 
• Experience with Refresh System.
• Knowledge of Solution Manager (SOLMAN SAP Module).
• Hands-on experience with automation and scripting in SAP environments (e.g., ABAP, shell scripts). 
• Familiarity with databases used in SAP (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, HANA, Oracle Exadata). 
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions for SAP systems. 
• Understanding of SAP security best practices, including patch management and access control. 
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. 
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 
• Fluency in French, both written and spoken. 

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP cloud solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform). 
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager. 
• Experience with automation tools such as SAP LaMa or Ansible. 
• Knowledge of SAP monitoring tools (e.g., SAP EarlyWatch Alert). 
• Certification in SAP technologies (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) is a plus.
