Data Analyst (with Chinese, Japanese, Korean) (Sourcing Requisition)

Your role

You will support the Client’s Business & Sales operations, ensuring efficient service delivery within SLAs. Your role includes preparing regular reports and analytics, maintaining data accuracy, and identifying process improvements. You will also help resolve issues, support the team through knowledge sharing, and ensure audit readiness while contributing to efficient end-to-end solutions.

Your tasks

• Support Client’s Business & Sales operations across all products/segments within SLA

• Preparing & sharing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting & analytics

• Supporting the team in ensuring correct & up-to-date data in the systems

• Support business in identifying & removing repeatable blockers

• Drive towards an efficient, accurate & reliable solution providing end to end support

• Training Team members & help Query support

• Follow up on compliance issues, monitor issues resolution

• Preparing data for Audit

Your profile

Technical requirements:

• Good to have work experience in Data Analytics/ Reporting/ Operations or any other automation tools

• Experience with PowerBI report creation plus Power Query & Power Automate experience is required

• Macros in Excel

• Automation of processes and reports

Other Skills:

• Fluent in English, Chinese and Japanese OR Korean with writing & reading skills

• Shift requirements from 7 AM, flexibility desired per Business requirements

• Analytical skills; attention to detail;

• Methodical mindset of problem solving

• Flexible & ability to manage heavy workload (help meet deadlines & deliver high standards of work by planning & prioritizing)

• Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently
