Azure Team Lead - Delivery Lead

As Azure Team Lead, you will lead and develop our Azure team, overseeing recruitment, career growth, performance reviews, and collaborative processes. In this role, you will act as the client’s main contact, guide projects from both business and technical perspectives, and ensure financial targets are met. Join us and make a direct impact by shaping the future of our Azure delivery! 🚀

📝 You will be responsible for: 

• Leading the Azure team (currently about 10 people), especially:

  • active participation in recruiting team members,

  • planning and deciding on career paths,

  • conducting annual interviews,

• Reviewing the team's activities,

• Organizing processes and resources to promote effective collaboration, 

• Oversee and guide project teams, fostering an environment of growth and positive interaction.

• Be the client's point of contact for project issues, with the ability to lead projects from the business side.

• Manage financial aspects of projects (budget monitoring, burndown and forecasting). Be responsible for maintaining required revenue & margin

• Understand high-level technical aspects of the projects to efficiently manage project timelines and deliverables.

👉 What you will need: 

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in the area of team / people management, 

• Experience in leading projects e.g. as PM, Delivery Lead and contact with international clients

• Very good knowledge of English (C1-C2) and Polish language,

• Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies. Working mainly on T&M projects where results count, 

• Proficient in creating and managing project documents, including SOWs.

• Proactive approach and goal-oriented, research, problem-solving and analytical skills,

• Ability to work independently and take initiative,

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
