Azure Delivery Lead

We are looking for Azure Delivery Lead to join us, drive client success, and shape impactful projects while owning relationships, financials, and delivery excellence.​ Take the lead in building and growing our Azure team, drive client partnerships, and unlock new opportunities while shaping projects that fuel long-term success. 

📝 You will be responsible for: 

• Building, maintaining, and fostering business relationships with C&F clients,

• Assisting with Azure offerings for C&F clients,

• Leading the Azure team, including:

  • Active participation in recruiting team members,

  • Planning and defining career paths,

  • Conducting annual performance reviews,

  • Reviewing the team's activities,

• Organizing processes and resources to promote effective collaboration,

• Overseeing and guiding project teams, fostering an environment of growth and positive interaction,

• Acting as the client's point of contact for project issues, with the ability to lead projects from the business side,

• Managing financial aspects of projects (budget monitoring, burndown, and forecasting) and ensuring required revenue and margin.

👉 What you will need: 

• A solid understanding of Azure (you should be able to discuss clients’ challenges and solutions, but don’t need to deep dive into the technical details),

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in team/people management,

• Experience in leading projects (e.g., as a PM or Delivery Lead) and working with international clients,

• Strong communication (verbal and written) and leadership skills,

• Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on T&M projects where results matter,

• Proficiency in creating and managing project documents, including SOWs,

• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills,

• Ability to work independently and take initiative,

• Very good command of English (C1–C2) and Polish.
