Electronics Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Company’s test operation from the initial design phase to post launch production,
• Develop Validation Plans for new products as well as validation for running changes (for parts in serial production) to ensure accordance to the requirements,
• Develop the proper testing methodology,
• In conjunction with Design Engineering to develop, co-ordinate, and track Design Validation Plans (DVP) and product validation plans for OEM projects,
• Source external test resources where required to deliver testing in line with project time plan,
• Ensure that external test reports are to the standards required in terms of accuracy and content,
• Write test procedures/specifications for all testing,
• Prepare test benches for Stellantis ECU and SW validation (Vector HiL bench but also Electric Bench, to prepare detailed documentation, to upload proper software, setup them and test them before starting the validation),
• Performing Electronics, EMC, Thermal and Mechanical tests,
• Ensure Timesheets are recorded accurately,
• Business trips (Europe, US and China).

Qualifications Required (R) or Preferred (P):

• Engineering Degree in Electronics Major (R),
• High experience in electronics design (R),
• Interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility (R),
• Knowledge of VT testing systems (R),
• Knowledge of the structure and operation of sensors such as LIPS, MOPS, WSS, BFLS (R),
• 3 years experience in Automotive ECU DV-PV tests (R),
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 (R),
• Experience in CAN communication, XCP instrumentation protocol, and UDS diagnostic protocol (P),
• Experience in EMC tests performing (P),
• Ability to lead a project, from creation to completion (R),
• Fluent English (R).
