Within the Microsoft 365 Services division, you will work in a well-coordinated team of six colleagues who will be responsible for the development, operation and further development of our Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
- You will be our single point of contact for Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory for internal and external customers from industries such as industry, public sector, services, and energy.
- You will be responsible for projects in the field of Active Directory, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and certificate services such as AD CS.
- Your projects will include cross-tenant migrations, the transition from on-prem AD to Entra ID, and the introduction of our zone model to defend against lateral movement.
- You design, implement, and operate complex identity infrastructures – from on-prem to hybrid to cloud.
- In customer workshops, you will provide technical and solution-oriented advice from the design and construction of new AD environments to the handover of operations.
- In the event of disruptions in 2nd and 3rd level support, you will be actively involved in finding solutions, especially in the case of more complex major incidents.
- You will work closely with demand management and support tenders, resource planning, as well as the design and elaboration of service specifications.
- Several years of practical experience in administration and project work around Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), certificate services and related Microsoft technologies.
- Ideally, certifications in the Microsoft environment (e.g. Entra ID, Windows Server).
- Project experience with direct customer contact – you are confident, can analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Expertise in PowerShell and other automation tools.
- Support affinity, knowledge of application support according to ITIL and have experience in troubleshooting in 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Very good knowledge of German (C1) for advising predominantly German-speaking customers as well as good English skills (B2).
