Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

We are looking for a Software/Application Support Engineer in our Corporate Technology – DevOps organization.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical design experience, development background, and client management skills. You will need to be able to drive technical solutions in the Corporate Technology organization, have good front-to-back experience on AML Compliance solutions used by GFCC users, have an experience working with reporting tools, database, ETL and Infrastructure supporting applications.

The ideal candidate should be able to drive technical solutions and get both business and technology buy-in to move things forward.

Responsibilities:

• Design, development, customization, and supporting application components across CorpTech division.
• Integration of the systems developed in-house with vendor solutions.
• Resolution of issues reported in test and on production systems.
• Involvement in creating the scripts for deployment and checkout of the solution.
• Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate suitability and viability of new technologies.
• Maintain and Enhance ETLs and data feeds using Oracle Data Integration (ODI) platform.
• Validate that code delivered meets user requirements and conforms to BBH SDLC standards.
• Develop, Enhance, Maintain Compliance Applications platforms.
• Working with project managers, developers, testers and other support specialists across multiple teams and locations.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with business users, vendor(s), and supporting systems team.
• Research and evaluate new technologies/tools/software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities in line with the technology strategy.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of solid technical work experience.
• Experience in working on Compliance applications Oracle (Oracle FCCM/ OFSAA / Mantas) Solutions, Actimize , Fircosoft.
• Maintain ETLs using Oracle ODI platform.
• Experience with RHEL and Windows operating systems for Infrastructure Management including Capacity planning.
• Strong experience in RHEL, Windows operating systems as well as Perl scripting for automating periodic and ad-hoc reports for GFCC users.
• Strong experience with relational database Oracle/DB2/MS-SQL is highly desirable.
• Experience in Reporting tools, dashboards, and data analytics tools like OBIEE/ OAS / Qlik /Tableau
• Experienced in ITIL Service Operations, application Support Functionalities, Incident and Problem Management.
• Coordinate with CorpTech Application teams to address Server EOL /Application Vulnerabilities.
• Experience in supporting production environments, Periodic Health checks, vendor patches and wellness.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle AML Transaction Monitoring solution (Oracle FCCM/ OFSAA / Mantas) - will be a plus.
• Ability to work independently with build and automation code deployment tools using Bitbucket/Jenkins/CARA.
• Ability to research, analyze, solve problem and present results / recommendations.
• Experience in Splunk configuration and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Java/RHEL/Cloud applications and .Net/Windows.
• Knowledge of RMJ, JIRA, proTech is a plus.
